Invoke is somewhat of an outlier from what one would traditionally expect from Dilemma, but you might be surprised to learn that I’ve actually been trying to make electro-pop this entire time… and have simply failed to do so (due to an untamable tendency to make everything gritty and distorted). As an experiment, I managed to successfully demonstrate restraint just long enough to finish exactly 1 electro-pop song. That’s why this is a single and not an album. Don’t get used to it.
